Recruitment Executive

Responsibilities:

• Instrumental in building the employer brand to attract and acquire talent, coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Determining selection criteria
• Responsible for potential sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks, job sites, etc.)
• Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
• Design job descriptions and structure interview questions.
• Organize and attend campus placements, job fairs, and recruitment events
• Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by the department.
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Job Specifications:

• Proven work experience of 3 years and above as a Talent Acquisition professional
• Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• A keen understanding of all the roles within the organization
• MBA/Diploma in Human Resources or relevant field
• Proficiency in managing MS- Office
• Agile and fast-paced

• High level of integrity and stability
• Business acumen
